We want to make this quite simple for everyone. We hope you agree that this is better than a thirty page legal document.
We are a moral and ethical company. When you sign up for any service with InVenia Design you agree to the following:
- Cancellation: You have the right to cancel services at any time. We will reimburse any pre-payments for services not rendered, starting with the first month following notification. Notification must be received and acknowledged by email or regular mail. If a notification is given by phone you must receive an acknowledgement from IVD by email or regular mail for it to be considered valid.
- You will not use our site or services for anything illegal.
- You will not use our site for sending spam or bulk email. We can provide bulk emailing services for you.
- You will not use our site for any adult content or links.
- You agree to settle any legal disputes via arbitration in Washington County, Oregon.
